Terms of Use

The short version: use the website fairly, treat our articles as general guidance, and rely on your signed agreement for anything about a project.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of sharpsoftech.com (the “website”), operated by Sharp Softech Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, trading as Sharp Softech. By using the website you agree to them.

Client work is different: any project, dedicated-developer or support engagement is governed by the proposal and agreement we sign with you, which takes priority over these terms.

2. Website content

Articles, guides and other content are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Timelines and service descriptions are typical examples; the scope, price and schedule for your project are only those agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics and code belong to Sharp Softech Private Limited or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts without permission.

Client names, logos and websites referred to in our case studies remain the property of their owners. If you are a client and would like your project changed or removed, email hello@sharpsoftech.com.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website—for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through the contact form, or interfering with its operation.

6. Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
